El Pariente Mexican Grill - St Paul

Was trying to get chips and guac and queso for a small gathering, the to go containers for the guac and queso were tiny, for $7.99 each with a small box of chips. I asked if I could get some additional dip and the guy working the counter wanted to charge me $5 additional for each small thing of dip for a total of $28 and he was extremely rude about it. I paid the $17 with tax for the small containers and left. I called on the phone ahead and they said each order good for 4-5 people. Yeah no, more like 1-2 people. Would not pick up here again.

They have the best salsa out of any of the Mexican food places in Minnesota!!

Hands down the BEST Birria tacos I have EVER had!!! We came for lunch and wanted to stay til dinner to have more!!!!

I came here for the first time 5 years ago when I arrived from Mexico and it is a place where you really feel the flavor of Mexican food, and they do everything possible to make you feel like an appreciated customer. The owner is very kind to me and my family, I always recommend it as an authentic Mexican restaurant

Stopped here for dinner on a Friday night and enjoyed the service and food! Had a house margarita and it was great!
