Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant is one of the worst Buffalo Wild Wings locations I have ever ordered from. I placed an order through Uber Eats because I am currently sick with Covid-19. On January 7, 2022, the chicken that was delivered to me was of poor quality; there was barely any sauce and the pieces of chicken were as small as quarters. I decided to drive to the restaurant to have my food remade. When I got home, I realized that my order of 20 wings only contained 16 wings. This was a frustrating situation. I called the restaurant again to address their mistake, and the manager, Jordan, could only offer me the missing wings and/or a $5 gift certificate. This experience was a complete waste of time and effort.
I have consistently received incorrect orders and inadequate portions, especially when ordering takeout from this restaurant. On June 10, 2022, my husband, our infant in a car seat, and I dined in. Unfortunately, the left side of the seating area was closed, only leaving the right side and bar area open. The hostess, seeing my husband carrying the car seat, informed us that only high chairs were available, despite there being an empty booth and soon-to-be available table. She made no effort to accommodate us further. After waiting for the table to be cleaned, we were finally seated. We waited over 10 minutes without any assistance or even water. Another group arrived after us and were served before us. Eventually, the hostess checked in and sent a waiter to our table. The waiter was inattentive, and our food portions were smaller than expected. The basket of fries was tiny, and my husband's salad was more like a side salad for $11. This will be my last visit to this restaurant.
We had not visited BWW in a while due to previous bad experiences, but we were craving the Parmesan Garlic sauce so we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, our latest visit was also disappointing. They did not have kids menus that kids could draw on while waiting for food, our drinks tasted strange as if the soda lines were not cleaned or the water used had an odd taste. Most of our food took 30 minutes to arrive, and my meal took even longer to come out, despite the restaurant only having 3 tables of customers. The server did not inform us that the food would take a while, and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold every time the door opened for takeout. I used to frequent B-dubs in my teenage and college years, but after multiple negative experiences at different locations, it seems to be a company-wide issue. It is disappointing, but we have decided to stop trying at this point.
Was very much looking forward to a good burger.. it was like 2 leather Pattie’s …. So disappointing.. at least the dogs don’t mind dry overcooked beef. Take your money elsewhere, that’s my suggestion.
Great place. Dinning in, fully opened, you don't need face mask to come in. Good experience from the entrance to the food. You can order online and pickup in store.
