Frankie Benny's St Neots - St. Neots

Even with a reservation (and approximately 7 empty tables), we were turned away (or told to wait for 40 minutes) because they only had 2 chefs and were extremely busy. The quality of service has noticeably decreased in the past 3 months.

Our experience at Frankie & Benny's was mixed. The food was affordable and generally good, especially the BBQ chicken wings which were tasty and well-coated in sauce. However, the service was slow despite the friendly waiter. We had to wait a long time for our drinks and food, prompting us to rush through the meal to make it to the cinema on time. The goat cheese pizza was enjoyable, though the raw red onion was a slight letdown. Overall, a pleasant dining experience but not without its drawbacks.

This restaurant is perfect for celebrating my daughter's birthday. The food and service were excellent.

After booking a table arrived in advance to say we had no booking. We were then placed at a table and a waiter who cannot speak or understand English took our drink order. After we put the drink order, we waited in anticipation that it was important when the wine and the beer arrived, a beer was short. After that we had to go ahead and ask for it. The waiter then became completely confused and brought more beer when he was asked anyway that was sorted. We order the spicy wings that are advertised with a blue cheese diving and of course say there are no blue cheese diving. We had to constantly ask that the empty glasses be removed to create space for the plates. Then we come to dessert where a restaurant has no cream to make an Irish coffee. Frankie Benny won't see us again.

Despite having a reservation and about empty tables, we were turned away or told to wait as they only had chefs in and they were overwhelmed. Service has detoriated drastically in the last months.
