I chose this restaurant to spend a romantic evening on my birthday. I have also added to the special wish birthday, but unfortunately not even a flower was placed on the table: I checked her menu online and it seemed perfect ... maybe too perfect in the did when we arrived, we realized that dinner was only buffet without a la carte menu option. in the reservation was not mentioned that on Sunday evening it is exclusively buffet style. several dishes were cold. the only thing that was excellent was the desserts. and when the bill came, the price we absolutely paid does not justify a buffet on the beach 150 e.c.p. tax.) Many of the dishes were served cold, although I must say the desserts were outstanding. When the bill arrived, I felt that the price we paid—150 E.C. per person, including tax—didn’t reflect the quality of a beach buffet. I’m sure that a luxury and reputable hotel like Carlisle Bay can offer a much better experience.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, and I would love to visit again. The location is breathtaking!
