Worst service. Really slow. Took more than 40 minutes to get my
3/12/24 12:45 Manager of the Popeyes on US1 and crosstown was so rude we tried redeeming a code for a 2 can dine wouldn’t let us cause it was taking too long and she had no patience and barely could speak properly.. Will be going to another location now, if that.
I went in the drive through, there was no line what so ever and they told me to pull into a parking space, the only one available was a handicap then i’m waiting ten minutes for my food and there’s no line and they keep telling people to pull up and
At 6:20pm on 2-20-24 I ordered through drive through, a 6 wing combo with two sides, red beans and rice and mash potatoes, strawberry biscuit and a medium Arnold Palmer. When I got to the window to pay I was greeted with the worst customer experience ever. I was accused of not ordering what I said I ordered. I was threatened to be additionally charged for what I originally ordered and never given my receipt. The cashier then says to me in order to fix your order I need you to pull forward and pay for the additional side I already ordered. She was loud, very rude and extremely disrespectful. As I begin to pay and pull forward she then hands me my original side they claim I did not pay for, and yells at me “GO!” It was the worst customer experience I ever had at going to a Popeyes and mind you from Miami where the disrespect is what drives customers at most restaurants but the way I was treated by this staff, especially the Drive through customer service was distasteful and appalling. I will never use this location ever again ?
