Steak N Shake - St. Louis

Food was good. Service was okay. Need to slow down when they talk. And don't show attitude just because you talk too fast. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Frisco Melt

Not very efficient. Drive-thru worker seemed very, very stressed out. I asked a question about my order and got snapped at. Got to the window. No hello, no thank you. Just not pleasant at all. Perhaps the managers have understaffed this location, so it's extra annoying to work here. Not sure. I just spent my money to be treated less than nicely. Didn't help that I had to sit and wait after ordering. Not used to that at my usual Steak n Shake. Of course, this is my first (and last) time coming to this location. Be better, Steak n Shake.

Don't go to this place. They don't know how to do their job And you know when you don't know how to do your job. That's why there's only one steak and shake around. St. Louis South county, West county. If I could put a 0 star on here. I would've, but you know. You can only go as a one star, but now they are definitely lower. Then a one star. Meal type: Lunch

Door was open, people eating in the dining room, but apparently only taking carryout orders. Maybe put a sign up so people know and turn off the dine in option on line.

3rd visit in a row that their shake machine has been down for maintenance . Your name is literally Steak 'n SHAKE! If you don 't want to make shakes, then say that! Don 't lie to customers. Service: 1
