I so enjoyed my bbq!!! It was seasoned not overly because I know my elders can’t have too much salt. It was cooked to perfection. And baby the potatoe salad I don’t know whose grandma made that but honey it was delicious. I will definitely be back!!!

I have been here about 5 different times . Yesterday was the worst I've had from Prince bbq . I got my brother in law and I the mini tip and snoot combo , hardly any sauce on them not ebem none on the bottom of the plate to dip to dip the bread in . Tips tuff and dry snoots was crispy but only had very little sauce on one side and none on the underside . It seam like the snoots and tips was put in a spinner to slang the sauce off ? . Guess I'll have to get my Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce to help out what I have left . It definitely was the worse I have gotten from them , no smoke taste at all , more like baked , fried and layd to the side ?. Looks like I'll have to drive the extra miles to either Redds BBQ or St. Louis BBQ at West Florisant and Goodfellow . What a shame. ???Parking: The parking might be better if they remove the blocking gate on the parking lot side so it won't be so hard trying to find parking .

If you like day or days old meat this is your place! I have tried this place several times and the meat is always old and tuff to chew. I'm done! I try to support black owned bussiness but this is what you get when you do. This is sad.

Best snoots I've had in a long long time , the ribs were outstanding and the service impeccable and quick. the owner Prince is a great guy.
