Jimmy John's - St. Louis

My wife and I were excited to have some sandwiches for a late lunch. With Jimmy John's just a short 7-minute drive away from us, I thought it would be the perfect choice. Their freshly made sandwiches and fast delivery guarantee sounded great. However, to my disappointment, it took 25 minutes for our order to even leave the store. On top of that, it took the driver an additional 15 minutes to finally arrive. I could have easily made my own sandwiches and returned home in less time than it took for our order to arrive. The lack of professionalism and long wait time for just 2 sandwiches was unacceptable. Next time, I'll save my money and make my own sandwiches.

I frequently order from this restaurant. A guy, either Johnny or Bobby, was very friendly and helpful when my food was delivered an hour late due to a shortage of staff. He apologized and offered me a free sandwich, which was well made and showed that he genuinely felt sorry for the inconvenience. A few weeks later, when my friend went to get a sandwich, the same guy remembered me and gave us another free sandwich to make up for the previous delay. He really valued our business. Despite being busy, he remained calm and never made us feel bad for requesting extras. The restaurant has been busy lately (as of March 2019).

I want to say that the new wheat bread at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. It really takes their sandwiches to the next level. Great work, Jimmy John's! The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Excellent job!

I'm so disappointed in this place. I've never had any problems. You have to be under a new facility. I called for a delivery of a mistake in the order. Boy..i was treated like I committed a crime. I hope they sort things out there because I'm regular at this point. A good customer service is crucial in the restaurant business.

I?ve been to this location multiple times in the last few months and I think I?ve gotten about 2 orders that were actually correct. I love jimmy johns and this location is less than a mile away and I am never returning here again. Apparently their too ?freaky fast? because of the amount of orders they mess up.
