Hannake's Westwood Grocery - St. Louis

Absolute gem in Glendale. Great sandwiches, even better community feeling! Sandwiches come out fast, great service!

The the sandwich's here are amazing, they're very consistent and always delicious. The service here is also pretty decent but it does take a bit since a it's generally busy. It's in the back of a deli and gives old soda fountain vibes

I noticed Westwood while driving by. I had never been there before, but it looked interesting and I decided to stop in and try a sandwich, since I had missed breakfast. I entered a small space with a variety of grocery items and went to the back, where the ordering happens. An affable man took my order and reminded me a few times to get my chips (included in the order) from the rack. So nice. I had a Monty, which was just delicious, flavors and textures, bread, etc. YUM.

Cute little corner deli/grocer. They have delicious sandwiches and the friendliest staff!
