On 10/22/23, I had a complaint about the onion rings being soggy at the restaurant. I spent $51 on the onion rings as part of my order. I called at 2:12 and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I came back at 2:35, the order was ready. However, when I opened the container of onion rings, they were soggy, which made me very upset. After we ate and a couple of hours passed, I called back with my receipt to request a refund due to the onion rings being soggy. They initially offered a store credit since we had just eaten our food a couple of hours earlier. I had to go in myself and demand a refund, as we had eaten our food immediately after receiving it. The manager argued with me, claiming the order had sat on their counter, but I insisted we had arrived within the 20-minute timeframe they had given us. Finally, after a 5-minute argument, he gave me the refund, and I made it clear we would not be returning. Soggy onion rings are not appetizing and cannot be expected from a restaurant. The atmosphere and parking were not issues, but the food and service received low ratings.
