Olivette Diner - St Louis

I usually love coming here but I regret it today. A huge part of why I come is because of the great food and cheap prices! Today I was clearly over charged. My receipt was not brought to my table like normal nor did I see it at all. I was told it would be $16.04 for breakfast special #4 and a cup of coffee. I was so thrown off so I handed her $20 bill and walked out and said have a nice day. If you think it's okay to charge that much then you need to start taking cards.

Small place with a line to get in. Always a good sign. Well worth the wait.

Love this little diner! I’m amazed every time I sit at the bar and watch how talented the cooks are and the way they work as a team. French toast was amazing!

Large portions. Great coffee. You can see them cooking. Small place tucked any in strip mall. Very much a small Diner. Cash only. Service is great ran by husband and wife. Very personable. They love to get to know their customers. Even know your name. Only open certain hours. Not a 24 hour Diner although I wish it was.

Quaint little diner. Traditional atmosphere and food to match.
