We drive from Kansas City just to eat here! Better than any place else! Love the sauce, meats great and service is phenomenal!

Frequently my choice to go to. Food is great and the service is on point.

Sad to see them close. Hate it for the employees. But no fault of theirs. The price of the food was just getting out of control. I understand the need to raise prices. But at least keep up the quality of food and the portions.

The last two times we have gotten take out, we are always missing items. I order a salad because I love their salads and they never put my salad dressing in with my salad. Tonight when I called to voice my complaint and ask for a discount on my salad since once again I have no dressing to go with it, the manager said “we don’t charge for dressing so why should I refund you $6 on your salad.”I can now see why they never have business anymore because they just lost mine and it’s sad because I love their salads.We also were missing my daughter’s applesauce and her drink from her kid’s meal.

This was the first time I had ever had a bad experience there, but the food was terrible. Had the Motherlode. The brisket was overcooked, dry inedible. It wasn't sliced or chopped but more like burnt crumbs. No hot links were with the order as indicated on the menu. Tables were never cleared when customers left. Don't care to go back.
