Master Wok - St. Helens

We’ve had meals from here before and to be honest have always been Bob on but tonight the fried rice was a little undercooked and stodgy. Unlike how it usually is, it won’t be our last visit as I say usually really nice food from here.

I 'm a regular customer, albeit only 8 or 10 times a year, and I can honestly say that their food is great, delivery very quick, and never had a complaint. Used them again tonight, and the food arrived very quickly. The lady said 'half an hour ', but it was not much more than 15 minutes. Great portion sizes too. 10 out of 10 from me. Again!

My wife and I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times and we have never had any complaints. The food is fantastic, delivery is quick, and the woman on the phone always brightens my day. I can only speak the truth and I think they are excellent. I will definitely be ordering from them again tonight!

Ordered from Master Wok as a Saturday night treat for my daughter and I. I was told an hour for delivery, it turned out to be an hour and 40 minutes. I wouldn’t have minded the wait with it being a busy Saturday evening if the quality of food had been worth it but it wasn’t at all. There were black burnt bits in the rice the main as if dirty pans had been used. The meat in the main dish was over cooked and very dry, some bits were inedible. The rice was clumpy and sticky, the meat in the rice looked a bit undesirable so ended up picking it all out. The chips were also dry and crunchy so they went in the bin. Definitely won’t be ordering again, I may aswel have just thrown £25 away.

I love this place for myself and family. The Doctors at work love it! The staff are so friendly and respectful. The food is DELICIOUS, timing is incredible and it really shows, if you show respect, you will be treated kindly. Regular. AMAZING PEOPLE.
