Kaspa's Desserts - St. Helens

We were warmly welcomed by the employees when we entered and the place looked very tempting. the deserts in the offer are so good, fantastic as well. the portion size is also decent and the presentation is perfect. the female worker, let us try ice cream before we were safe and was just the most beautiful person they served. will soon enjoy their deserts. great place.

Did they know that kaspas has a party room? my little girl had an ass for her 10th birthday. we hired a magician to come with us. the children polished their tellers of waffeln and pfannkuchen. birthday boy was made with a free shaker! When I first came to book, I was greeted by nick who was also there in the night of the party. 10/10 customer service by nick so helpful and friendly. thanks. the other staff, where also very welcoming and smiling! good baptism here:

The staff at this restaurant are always very polite. A young man served us and was incredibly kind, handling our order with care and wishing us a lovely evening. The food was excellent, and I would definitely recommend coming here.

There was very few customers present, yet the 4-5 members of staff couldn't clean the tables, or couldn't be bothered, service was painfully slow, on arrival we had to cricket the whole place to actually find a table that was clean. Absolute disgrace would avoid. I will not be returning.

Me and my partner ordered a brownie waffle and a brownie sundae from here at 8:30 and we’re told on the app it would be there by 9pm. We checked at 9pm to see where it was up to to see if had been moved to 9:30. Fine with this as an hour is still reasonable but for the food to only turn up at 10:00 so we’d waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for it and for them to only send the waffle and no brownie sundae! So we spent £20 to get a small waffle with half a piece of brownie on with barely any sauce so it’s dry as anything and it’s freezing cold. When my partner asked where the sundae was when it got delivered the response was ‘we’re busy nothing we can do’ and that he won’t receive his food and we won’t have any refund. Avoid this place. Busy or not you don’t forget one of the main items when there’s only two!!
