Bidra med feedbackFood was over spiced in an attempt to hide the tasteless meagre amount of meat. They cannot even tell you the ingredients so if you have an allergy be careful. I will not be returning.
Worst Chinese I've had, it ended up in the bin. Ended up going to local chippy. Waste of money. Certainly won't be returning.
Im yet to even experience the food as I never received my order, order was due for half 6 last Saturday, 2 hours later still never arrived after ringing twice, phone put down on me each time, disgusting customer service and over £20 spent that has never been refunded
Food ordered on Tuesday 1st Feb 2022 Delivered after around an hour and a half. Food stone cold ... Put it in the oven for a short while... disgusting. Greasy and tasteless. Didn’t resemble any Chinese meal that I have had before... and not cheap. Tried to phone Jun Wahs back to make a complaint... but no reply. £30 worth of inedible food thrown straight in the bin . I have been using this takeaway for years.. with no complaints... what the hell has gone wrong. I expect a full refund forthwith. If any customers are wanting a nice , tasty Chinese meal... then avoid this place.
We have been ordering from this place for year, foods good, tonight we were missing a meal and accompanying fried rice from a large order. Everyone was hungry so we shared what meals we had between everyone and it was fine (we have a habit of over ordering On finishing my husband phoned to let them know it had been missed off and ask could they compensate/add it on next time. The staff argued relentlessly with him, said he was lying and they definitely packed it (your driver clearly ate it then!! then they offer to redeliver it, obviously we all eaten now so he asked for it to be refunded or added on with wavered delivery charge next time honestly never ever heard a company argue back like that! The thing they were adamant about was not wavering the £2 delivery fee (even tho they were willing to remake and deliver the meal tonight
