Papa’s Got Jerk - St. George

Decided to stop in here for a late lunch on a whim, everyone working was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The food itself was absolutely amazing! Just the perfect amount of seasoning, and the jerk sauce took the food to another level. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Great chance to try traditional Jamaican cuusine here locally.

Honestly the reason I love this place so much is because no matter what I order, I like it. But if I was to have to pick just one it would be the curry chicken with steamed cabbage (actually sautéed, not steamed) and rice and peas. Evertime I have visitors from out of town I take them here, because everyone is always happy with their meal and last night was no exception. Save room for the super moist carrot cake. I eat here every weekend with my husband and it’s the best food place in town! I love the food and the staff is always so sweet to us! By far our favorite restaurant in town!

Fantastic food, chicken rice and cabbage was perfect! Will be back!
