Absolutely the most rude service we have ever encountered. Don't know about the rest we never even got our food. What a bummer will never be back.

Was really excited to try this out for our daughters 1st time but they never brought out my husband's food, after a few asks and it never came. We ended up just telling them we were ready to leave. Not a great experience at all.

This isn't necessarily a review of this location itself; it's more of a review of the parent company, Inspire Brands. I ordered the 10-piece value meal from the mobile app yesterday, 2/16/2024. When I opened the bag and the box with the fries, I was extremely disappointed. The portions of the fries were small. I could say maybe 15 individual fries at most were in the box. The fact that we are forced to spend more and get less is a disgusting trend in the food industry. The food itself was okay; I was just extremely disappointed with the portion sizes. I know it isn't the fault of the individual location; this is more likely a corporate thing. For now, I won't be eating more Buffalo Wild Wings, which is a shame as I have enjoyed them in the past. Hopefully, corporate actually realizes what a poor decision it is to reduce portions while increasing prices. But I doubt they will.

Tons of fun watching multiple games, just needed to decompress a little. Fun vibe and great food. Servers were great considering it was the weekend!
