Carluccio's Bury St Edmunds

It was ideal for a fast meal before seeing a band. service was very good and eat delicious and well presented. it was a bit cool in the restaurant, but could have been erected with the heating.

I've been coming to this restaurant for many years, but just recently it seems to go downhill. the service was very slow and we had to ask after our meal for hot drinks, since no one came to take the order, although I caught their attention. the restaurant was also cool. eating was okay, but it was better in the past. if it wasn't for the business and picking up with my friend I would have been very disappointed.

Very slow service no limonade, no orange juice meals were slowly coming out, although almost empty meals were very dirty asking for free chocolate with juice to say they had stopped not coming back

I found the dining experience to be very lacking at the restaurant. I had expected more to be honest from past recommendations. Apart from one member of staff who appeared to be senior, the others looked like they should be pot washing in the kitchen, not well presented at all. The food was a little over cooked but nice, nothing special I'm afraid. Would I go again, yes, would I be rushing back, no
