The woman working there got three items wrong in my order and when I asked for a replacement or refund, she demanded that I pay for the item again. This same woman was also smoking while taking my order. I do not want to give my hard-earned money to people who cannot take responsibility for their mistakes. I will not be returning to this establishment unless I receive a sincere apology from the manager. The service and food were absolutely disgusting.
Hours online and on the building also lights all illuminated clearly say that business is open. the employees refuse to do their jobs.
Really slow. Even the first one I could take their order sequence was 5 minutes to even place our order, the bad part we were the only car there all the time. the woman server seemed to do everything, why its 3 stars.
This place literally had nothing available. Why do they remain open at all? that didn't bother me. it was the driving setting of the hired who threw me away. that's not a reason. Tell him to leave his job if he's so unhappy.
My Uncle I had lunch on 6-9-22CHEESE BURGER W/BACON COMBO, SMALL BANNA SHAKE SMALL FRY. $17THE BURGER WAS OVERCOOKED AND VERY SALTY. THE SHAKE WAS LIQUID. ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE FRIES, BUT VERY SMALL PORTION FOR THE PRICE. HAD TO GO BACK IN LINE TO REQUEST A REFUND AND WAIT AGAIN. THE WALK UP WINDOW WAS NOT IN SER. THEY ONLY REFUNDED THE BURGER WHICH WAS $3.We paid $14 for 2 extra small fries, a liquid shake watered down Coke. Bad food and service.
