Taco Bell - St. Charles

Drive down to find out they're opening up late. I really don't know why the guy who opened the door to say that they are closed, can't accept a command, make a command and repeat. it is a slow process, but at least he would have a reason for the company to pay him. lazy! and no one takes care of the lower limit of their company, and he probably thinks he doesn't pay enough.

I don't recommend this store for mobile orders. Several times I've ordered online only to find out when I get there that they are out of the items I ordered or completely closed. Otherwise service and food are typical of most stores.

The food was very good (including a Mexican pizza again). The service was okay. For awhile it seemed like no one was paying attention to the front counter but then someone asked if I had an app order (which I did). Then they prepared the food it was all fine after that.

Got a nacho bell Grande really salty. Didn't finish eating it . Ask for fire sauce the gave me a clump broken packets stuck together.

Place my order through Uber Eats. Driver called and said they were out of hamburger offered to substitute steak or chicken did not take the substitute so cancel the order. Don't see how restaurant can run out of something that is their main course other recipes. Due to the lack of ordering per management I'm out money because the restaurant started my order and Uber Eats will no longer give me my refund. If I could get less of one star I would
