Jimmy John's - St. Charles

Idk we have not had so late food experiences with this place waited 40 min for delivery when the location is 3min drive down my house, we wanted convenient so that we chose the delivery. the meat is minimal and just a bit discouraging, possibly reducing the meat content. $19 for this 3 items with delivery, discouraging for order in the future. a bit disappointed

If I gave it good negative 5 I would be reverable service then got the sandwichs and there was no meat on the sandwich. how hard is jimmy really. ...

I have a sandwich tasty, as always there was a little problem, they took care of it more than my satisfaction. to do business with anticipation and integrity, is not the standard, as if it were today rather the withdrawal. the measure of a business is not whether there is a problem, there will always be problems, it is what they do when there is a problem. they have not obfuscate they do not show any finger that they took responsibility and took care of the problem would highly recommend this to everyone and all my friends and I will continue to do business with jimmy john’s and recommend this to everyone and every god bless them and thank again jimmy john

I had a DoorDash order by jimmy John’s. I didn't get my food in time before I had to work and had to cancel. (no one owes. the companies are short-term. door that gave me a run and the employee working tonight called to doordash and helped me. went beyond and beyond. they haven't seen much more with the customer service. thanks! I have my door-shot refund!
