Twice The Deal Pizza - St. Catharines

Good pizza but nonone has a hair net on and the last time they had fly strips hanging in the dining room...gross.

Edit: 30 minutes after posting this they called to apologize and said that they were short staffed. I was asked me to take down the review. If I did that then my next order would be free. Absolutely not. It’s the same excuse of being short staffed every time.Pizza has always been good but delivery is horrible. We placed our order at 4:00pm today for 5:30pm delivery. It is now 6:10pm and it has just been delivered. Also this isn’t the first time this has happened. I called asking where the pizza was and even talked to the manager and he didn’t seem to care that it is half an hour late. There is a reason people request a certain delivery time. If you can’t fulfill that, it would be common courtesy to let them know.

Theyre always a hit and miss and we like consistency. Today was probably the last time we order from them. Never seen someone so stingy with toppings. Dough tasted and texture felt like it was left out for at least 2 days. Extremely disappointing a waste of money on old cardboard pizza.

This time the experience I had was the pizza was really greasy and the 10 slice cheesy bread was greasy as well so bad the boxes were full of crease at the bottom I always go every week or every other week and no problem with the pizza till this time. Any other time we ordered pizza there the pizza was great fabulous outstanding delicious same with their cheesy bread I don't know what happened in that order what we just got on Friday.
