We had fish and chips and a few drinks. We loved our food and our experience. Moe served us and he was fantastic. We can't wait back to spring!

Nicely decorated dining room with a popular selection of menu items at reasonable prices. Meals were very good, but what made our experience unforgettable was our waitress. We didn't get her name, but she's young, friendly and has red pink stripes in her dark hair. We made a mistake in our wine order, and when she brought a white wine instead of red, she replaced it without eyelashes. There was another instance at our table where she treated herself with calm and humor. This girl is meant to do well and we thank her for her service.

We love the Kennedy Inn for its historic charm and location in downtown, but we were so disappointed by the food. We ordered the lobster roll that was mushy lobster from the frozen cooler who looked like they were put through a mixer and had shots in it. And a lasagna, also saw freezers burned so much that there was no sauce, only watery lasagna. Not worth our $75 dollars. We would recommend setting a cook and offering a smaller, thoughtful menu with fresh ingredients.

For those of you who appreciate brevity, the title of this review is really everything you need to know. For everyone with more time on their hands read on! The lemon Basilikum Haddock was not hot (or even warm for this matter), although the garden...salad served with it was fresh. I asked for a piece of “fish and chip style” squid as a substitute and almost 25 minutes later came another piece of overfished fish. My food companion has been ready for almost so long to force her meal. The scallop skewers had a modicum of charred vegetables on them, although the scallops had no grill marks on them, which asks their own questions that I let you think about themselves. The cocoir next door was in no way... coconut! The lobster filled mushroom caps were pretty good. My server muted what both I and my dinner companion thought was an indication of a 20% discount for our disappointments, and when the bill came a 10% discount was applied. If you can't even get resolution to a miss right, it's time to take shares. As I said from above, do yourself a favor and not.

Average food at average prices. I could complain about some of the food but at the price I was okay with it. Waitress was awesome. I’d give her five stars and food a 3.
