Red Swan Pizza - St. Catharines

This is good pizza. Someone told me this was the best pizza in St. Catharines, but it isn't. That doesn't mean you shouldn't try it out though. The pizza was really good, the menu for toppings/configurations of pizza is deep, and really what I think sets this place a part are the deals. I found that the deals being offered here for the quality of food are what make it shine and what will bring me back. Sesame seeds on the crust too was a nice touch, reminds me a bit of Maker in Toronto.

One of the bad customer service. Charging extra for for everything and when I talk with manager/owner and telling that i am bargaining and making pizza very slow.One of the terrible customer service and ownership.Never go here

I’m appalled at their lack of basic customer service skills. We ordered a pizza for delivery and received this mess (look at the photo so we called and brought up the issue in a polite manner simply looking for a simple solution to an unfortunate issue….. our pizza looked like it was kicked around by a team of 24 professional soccer players. The women who will remain nameless since she refused to provide me with her name, said the delivery driver did not work for them therefore it was not their problem. Pardon me?? Who just delivered our Red Swan pizza??? We ordered from their website and the man who showed up was wearing a Red Swan uniform. Anyways, she promised she would call us tomorrow after she talked with the manager and then promised me the manager would actually call me back the next day! She also mentioned there is absolutely no refunds or reimbursements of any kind so we’re kinda screwed anyways. It’s been well over three weeks and nothing. I’ve emailed support. Nothing. Absolutely bs customer service so you better hope to God there is nothing wrong with your pizza because I’d there is, oh well, your problem, not theirs ;

This place is Horrible, No sense of customer service, when I had argument with them regarding charging extra money for extra souce, Manager /Owner was being rude and was telling me I am cheap and doing bargaining.
