Mr.sub - St. Catharines

I had a taxi on the way to come get me, and the employees here were able to take my order and make my subs in under 5 minutes. They were incredibly kind and more helpful than I deserved as a customer. I have a feeling they treat everyone with not just respect but they likely go above and beyond for all of their customers. I don’t personally believe service workers owe their customers reverence but their kindness touched my heart.

It was amazing, definitely should be rated higher. The staff was friendly and the service was great!

I ordered a meatball sub toasted with extra sauce in the side, pretty simple? Nope. Got a cold azz meatball sub and no sauce. Its not rocket science just a little paying attention tiin will work fine. Do better.

Best location for subs in the town. Very friendly and polite staff with great quality of food.
