Little Caesars Pizza - St. Catharines

Omg the lady that answer the phone was so rude and she prepared an extra pizza for us when I only order 2 of them I will never go there again she needs to find a better suiting

Place is generally quite busy and therefore you can tell the employees are doing their best to take care of all the guests, never really had an issue with the food aside from sometimes not being very warm, otherwise fine, the few ladies I deal with there (usually go there 1-3 times every 2 weeks) are very pleasant, always friendly and outgoing and always go out of their way to toss in a dip and even on certain occasions throw in a crazy bread free end of the night before closing up, been a longtime guest and will continue to eat here!

If I could rate lower than one I would. Especially for service. Food was horrible even the crazy bread so that was a bummer, and the young lady at the counter was extremely rude, mocked me the entire time because I had to ask for dip multiple times, after I pay and she doesn’t grab a dip I mention it for literally the 5th time and she yells at me because I didn’t pay for a dip, I’m confused why she didn’t add the dip when I asked multiple times, and then started mocking me, (the way a teenager does), when I’m speaking to her normally, it was extremely embarrassing for her. Then she tosses the debit machine at me it’s sideways on the counter, because I had to pay for the dip she for some reason couldn’t add after the first 4 times I asked separately, and in front of my 7 year old who was like “wow, what’s that persons problem”. I never email about employees but have also never had someone be so rude for absolutely no reason, so hopefully my email reaches her employer. I won’t be returning.

They couldn't even be bothered to cut my pizza properly. I lifted the pizza and it all lifted up in one piece.

Although the food tastes good, the service was terrible. When we first ordered our food there were no hot-n-ready’s prepared. We were told to wait 8 minutes, and that was okay with me… until it took 25 minutes for us to get our food. The cashier was very quiet and seemed uninterested in helping us. Overall it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this little caesars
