Fabio's Pizza - St. Catharines

I visited this restaurant for the first time based on a friend's recommendation. I decided to try the Margherita pizza, which was described on the menu as having fresh tomato sauce, fresh basil, and buffalo mozzarella. I was looking forward to trying it and it was ready for pickup in about 15 minutes. However, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The pizza was basically just a cheesy mess, with only a few small chunks of buffalo mozzarella buried under a thick layer of melted cheese. The crust was soggy and lacked a cornmeal base. The basil was also hidden under the cheese and there were only a few pieces of it. The tomato sauce was decent, but it couldn't save the pizza. This large pizza cost $46 and was far from being a true Neapolitan Margherita pizza. I was so shocked by the poor quality that I forgot to take a picture. This was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant.

Best white pizza in town. And they also have artichokes!!!!

Can’t go wrong with their Buffalo wings and deep fried pickles!Never had a bad experience with them.

We were on our way home from Hamilton and ordered pizza to pick up when we arrived back to St. Catharines , well unfortunately there was a huge accident and we got stuck in traffic almost three hours late ,we were starving and we’re going to pick it up either way but the lovely staff understood the situation and had our pizza remade for us when we arrived and it was delicious!! Thank you so much ?
