Taste Of India - St Augustine

I don't normally leave reviews. But this needs addressing. I picked up take out from there for my son. Shortly into his meal he found a small roach. I was horrified. He took it in stride. We won't be getting food from there anymore

We recently ate here, which we have done before. The food is usually always so good, but this time was different. We ordered the goat biryani, and I was excited to try it. What we got was a mouth full of bones with every bite and no meat at all. I love their other food and will continue to order from there, but I will never get the goat again. We were really disappointed in that dish. Next time we will stick with our usual order.

Everything was great minus the lamb chops, price for a single plate was very underwhelming

Absolutely stunner biryani preparation here! Highly recommend impressed because it's not easy to find a decent biryani here. Flavours were delicate and complete. Portion size was good for at least 2 people.I would also recommend the Mango lassi!!Would go again! We had a take out washrooms were clean and staff was kind.
