Bidra med feedbackNot busy at all. Seemed a little skimpy on meat this time. Condiment station needed cleaning and tables needed to be wiped. This place could use some maintenance. They really need to replace cushions on benches. There are holes you sit in, if you try to move to the middle, you're on a lopsided hump. Uncomfortable. Updating review: there was a woman manager for a long time that had a very bad attitude and extremely rude, hadn't been in for awhile because of her. We always had to wipe grease n smudges from tables when sitting down and always a mess at drink area. In the last month, we've been in a few times, whole new crew!! Pipa at the register is great, crew much friendlier! But those booth fixtures still in desperate need of repair. They were horrible a year ago, even worse now. Self service areas and tables are little cleaner, but could really improve upon that, as well.
I ordered the French dip sandwich with curly fries got no dip for the sandwich and the fries look like they were the end pieces from an order from 2 days ago they were so hard and crunchy very dissatisfied with Arby's today and I got no receipt
The best french dip ever! Loaded with meat and melted cheese on a fresh soft bread. The french dip is too good to stop eating we had to take the fries home for later.
I wish there was a way to opt to award zero stars when it comes to service. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week, our orders are ALWAYS WRONG! And not just a little wrong. If you do order from this location make sure you triple check your order before driving away! I would be shocked if we ever got exactly what we ordered here. Shocked!
Manager on the afternoon of 6/14/24 was the best. Had an issue with an app order and she resolved it with no complaints. She didn't have to, but still did. Very friendly and the location us clean and efficient, unlike some others in NE Florida. Thank you!
