Taco Bell - St. Augustine

My husband and I rarely eat fast food but after being on the highway since 5:00 am on the 4th of July, we went thru the drive thru and picked up a bunch of tacos, pulled around to the side parking lot, and started eating. We both got through the burritosand went to eat the tacos?COLD. So we drove back around to the drive thru and asked the woman if she could replace them with hotones and were meet with full blown argumentative defensive attitude. I couldn?t believe the woman who came to the window wasfighting us on replacing 6 tacos??!! Really? She pointed out on the receipt the time we ordered the tacos and the time we wentback around. 30min. So what?! The tacos were cold?arguing and arguing with us over 6 tacos?And I believe she was the storemanager. She has no concept of good business practices. I think she is just an unhappy person looking for every opportunity topick a fight and say ?no?.

*Posting on husbands account* Today on my way home I had a very low blood sugar. In panic I pulled over to the first ?soda/food option? available. When I ordered I found out they were only taking cash. Which put me in a panic as I don?t carry cash. Ihonestly couldn?t drive anymore without fixing my levels. So I was stuck. I explained my situation and was near falling apartdue to my low blood sugar. To which this amazing angel of a women went above and beyond. Without her thoughtfulness I wasmoments away from calling an ambulance. I am from another town almost an hour away yet do visit often. Yet I hope to orderagain and find her to officially thank her. I have no idea if she will remember me..Yet I?ll always remember her. Thank you ifyou?re reading this!

Please just teach the staff to get everything in our order. I'm missing $15 dollars worth of food in my order. Im stupid for not checking. This is a regular occurrence I'm truthfully not sure besides the convenience of your restaurant why I choose to keep going back. Sorry for the negativity just want what I paid for.... #stillhungryanddontfeellikedriving

Only reason I left one star is because I has to !! Very immature girl ! We drive a truck with trailer so we always walk though Taco Bell drive threw, after standing there for several min the girl say you have to be in a car to order here? after going to the door to find the store number I took a picture when they seen they turned their back. Hopefully the franchise’s owner will see and correct them. I personally would fire them
