Starbucks - St. Augustine

I love dieucks, I go every day since 2019, the staff are always friendly and smiling coffee is great, pfefferminz eis coffee is my favorite. they know me about Miss Joan.

Hung around for 3 hours waiting for my car to get fixed. Thanks to Starbucks I had a place to charge my phone, relax and have great coffee of course

I've been to this Starbucks 3 times, in 2 visits they got a simple ice coffee WRONG. Asked for ice coffee TWICE got cold brew and twice with no sweetener I'd asked for. Need to train staff better

Ordered a venti matcha lemonade and they somehow made the drink hot… how I’m not sure when the matcha is a powder and lemonade is cold. Then they remade it and gave me a grande. At this point was already waiting a while for a mixed lemonade drink. Ridiculous.

Quality is fine but they are really really slow and thus artificially constantly busy. They also don't have a section where they keep mobile orders for pick up so even if you order ahead you have to wait forever for someone to go check by the drive thru line for your order. The wait is a little extreme
