Dr Mitchell and Kaitlyn at front desk are both so kind and helpful. They were concerned about an issue I was having with my ears and got me in quickly, accommodating my work schedule. I felt all my concerns were addressed and they are assisting with referral to ENT. It was just a great experience, and I am so relieved they could see me so quickly. Highly recommend them!!!

From arrival, a very professional and courteous person greeted me. I did not wait long and my audiologist took time to listen but also spoke about my options, what to expect during the testing. There was no pressure sales pitch, just interest in what I felt my needs were and suggestions for how I wanted their help in achieving those goals.

I had a lot of earwax build-up which caused a little ringing and made it hard to hear in one ear.I had so many irrational and anxious thoughts when my left ear was totally plugged because of excessive ear wax, I thought I was going partial deaf, at one point I also thought God was punishing me because I ate too much ice cream.I searched for ‘ear wax removal’ phrase in google maps and they showed up with a lot of reviews with 5 star rating. So I called on Friday and explained my situation and the receptionist gave me a quote of $110, which is inexpensive these days. Most places like urgent care charge upwards of $200 .These days when you call any doctor to make an appointment, the date given is usually one month out or even longer in some cases. So when she said $110 and told me that I could come in on Tuesday , which is just 4 days later, I felt like a star .I went in there the day of appointment feeling nervous and excited at the same time.It’s a nice and clean place. Receptionist greeted me , I filled out a form which took me about a couple minutes.AC was running and making it cool inside which helps in Florida weather.3 minutes later Drs. Ashley came to the front area, greeted me , we had a little chat and I explained everything; and she took care of my ears by removing the excess wax with suction machine and That was one of The most satisfying feelings in the world. Now I can hear everything clear.

The Dr. Was very nice and explained all of the different tests, and the results. I understood where I was losing my hearing in the higher frequencies, and I have plans to follow up and monitor my hearing in the future. The facility was immaculate, and the staff very friendly.
