Berghaus Stuben - St. Anton am Arlberg

This is a comfortable restaurant that traditionally serves Austrian dishes. it is not the most exciting place to eat in stubborn, but it is reliable, friendly and good.

We love to come here every year to see gert and christine. they have served our big groups fabulous lunches for five years and it is always delicious eating and a beautiful greeting. we will see you again in 2019!

That was the first and last place where the friend and I ate during our return to stubborn. the personal was incredibly friendly and enjoyed us recommending and explaining the Austrian dishes we were served. they shouldn't miss a chance to get in the house.

Hosts Gert and Kristina and their friendly team always provide a warm welcome at the Berghaus. We have stayed at this lovely guest house and restaurant for a weeks skiing for the past two years and have enjoyed great holidays. The hotel is well situated...by the Albona lift and is effectively ski in/ski out. The rooms are well appointed, clean, comfortable and cosy with great views of the mountain and valley. Kristina runs the kitchen and produces excellent quality meals and large portions. Gerd is front of house and is the ultimate host. I would recommend this hotel for a skiing holiday but if you just want lunch or evening meal or a drink after a busy day on the slopes then it is equally good.

I love this place. Great schnitzel and well located for a powder run before or after lunch (or both) on the albonagrat. Food is good and more reasonably priced than many in st anton ski area. Can get busy on the terrace when the sun...shines
