Subway - St Ann

Metro is simply the best. If you haven't dined there yet, you've been living under a rock. The staff didn't need to ask me multiple times what I wanted, which was very nice. The sandwich I ordered was excellent.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I attempted to purchase cookies from the previous day and encountered a rude and unhelpful short Hispanic woman. She seemed inexperienced and was not pleasant to interact with. This is just a Subway, we should expect better service.

I enjoy this restaurant, but I wish the customer service was better. Being dismissive and tossing sauce bottles around makes me feel like my business isn't valued. It makes me want to take my money elsewhere.

I knocked a star because they forgot to cut my sandwich. Unlike this great service as always.

It's located in a mostly vacant strip mall. The food is as good as all Subways. Service is very good and helpful.
