Tim Hortons - St. Andrew's Parish

Just ordered a coffee, never cared for food at any Tim's. On the outside its in a busy area with limited parking, curb appeal is not the best looking. The inside, however, is pretty nice and clean with plenty of seating. Also has a Wendy's inside. Parking: Limited, small parking lot for a busy location. Service: Take out Meal type: Other

Service is very poor. If you order some snacks, it will not be handed properly, instead thrown to you as if considering you as an animal. Customer service is totally hopeless, they are not trained or well mannered. I had a very bad experience on April 15 th 2024 at 5.30 pm from cashier in the shift 2. Very rude and arrogant way of customer service. Not even dare to hand the food properly. Customers have to wait for long time. Shortage of staff to serve is a major issue. Tables are not cleaned properly, floors are dirty, Garbage bins in the customer area are not cleaned and emptied in a timely manner. Overall very ill managed Tim’s infront of the University of Alberta Emergency.

This review is to expose the inequality of service I recieved. I ordered and watched Max the coffee boy, serve numerous people who ordered after me. When I intergected I witnessed him smirk it off with his other coworkers. Prejudice behavior especially from a Tim Hortons coffee service worker will not be tolerated. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

App does not load at this location. Missed out on many roll up the rims. They make you go sit in the parking lot and make you wait for your food every time ordering grilled cheese
