Tim Hortons - St. Andrew's Parish

Ordered a breakfast sandwich, asked for it to be double toasted, it was barely toasted when I got it, not rocket science, follow what's on your screen and you might get customers orders right, so 1 star for you.

Worst customer service ever !! I went there this afternoon and waited for 5-7 mins and there were 3 people working and they just ignored me as they kept on taking drive-thru orders and didn’t even said hi to me . Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I m take 1 star bcs me nd my friend Are go daily in th mng we oder same as 2 small French vanilla nd everything bagel....Bt thay did not give us with wipes....some time thay gave us if we say to her . Bt 2 ladies r there....she every time ingoner....it’s management it’s not good...we want give zeros star....

Unhygienic staff(Eric), inconsistent service, and rude. Drive to Tim's further away for friendlier service.

I am giving 1 star because I have to select that option otherwise I didn’t want to give even 1 star. Earlier this was my one of the favourite location to visit but today the service and food was worse. I ordered coffee and chipotle cheddar chicken wrap this morning. Coffee was not fresh and salad for the wrap was frozen like I was eating ice cream instead of wrap. In addition, the chicken was soggy, bitter and the wrap was half empty. The staff was least concerned about what quality they are giving to customer. I will never visit and recommend anyone for this location.
