We had the best night at the dueling pianos show. Entertainment was fun, our food was excellent, but the best part of our night was our waiter Steve! He was professional, very engaging, super attentive and accommodating to all of our requests. He even moved us closer to the performers when we asked, and he continued to serve us so well across the entire restaurant. The Mill is lucky to have him. Thanks Steve for the fantastic service! VERY SHADY business practices... Went to the Mill for NYE 2023, for dueling pianos had a great time. Until it was time to pay the bill... Waitress first said they had to add the cost of our tickets (which we bought on EventBrite) to our bill, but not to worry we weren't being charged again, this was very confusing. Why add the cost of the tickets to the bill, even if we weren't being charged for it?? Didn't make sense, but it made sense after she told us they were also adding a 20% gratuity to the bill too! They wanted us to pay the 20% gratuity on the tickets we bought online....nice. She lied to our faces and said it stated on EventBrite that the 20% gratuity was being added to our bill (we triple checked on the website and it said no such thing). Laughed in her face and told her to take the ticket value off the bill because we had already paid for that online and also to show us on the website where it said they were adding the gratuity. Asked for a manager... she came back later with another bill with no tickets added or 20% gratuity added and pretended nothing happened. Definitely trying to gouge the customers more on New Years. Despite this SHADY situation, the event itself was great.

Meals were very tiny yet very expensive. Food was also cold. Our server was unprofessional and was bad mouthing other staff members upon arrival and he even took my napkin out of my water glass and threw it across the table. He was very over the top and it took away from the experience. Honestly very disappointing experience and we most likely will not be back. Service: Dine in
