Phones to try to call in my order so it was ready when I got to that end of the mall and the lady told me I had to use Uber eats. I did that, took 40 minutes to get my food and the order was wrong because I wanted kabobs and not shawarma. Food went in the garbage. Really annoying Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I feel the reviews are misleading and may be a result of family and close friends boosting the reviews. I enjoyed conversing with the staff more than I enjoyed the food itself. I ordered the shwarma plate/combo over a week ago, the veggies hummus were the only saving grace to pair with the pita bread but the rice was overcooked and the chicken was HEAVILY UNDERSEASONED. Lastly, the portion was a little sad. I should've provided this review with a picture but I've considered that I could've just caught them on a bad day, as we all have those. However food is already expensive enough that I was disappointed that I gambled with trying a new shwarma location on a budget. I went, after blindly following these Google reviews and I want to be honest with others that I felt the food fell short. I think it's important to address these matters and work on improving their recipe, as holidays are coming up and west ed is a huge tourist attraction. Diversity in the food industry is being appreciated and celebrated more, so I would like for this restaurant to have a fighting chance to build regular clientele and continue to share a piece of their culture with others through their love of food. I know this restaurant can do much, much, better.

Got the chicken shawarma platter from them last Monday, probably one of the top 5 places for shawarma for me. Chicken was perfect and the spicy rice was great. The staff was friendly and knew how to interact with customers properly. Will definitely visit this place again next time I’m at the mall. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
