Burger King - St. Andrew's Parish

Served a ice cold Burger. Just wanted a refund as I had an important meeting to goto. Told we don't do refunds. Pushed it harder finally got a manager. Had no idea how to refund. Let's call another person didn't know how. Third person didn't know how. So I said I don't have time for 3 managers to figure out how to work the software (it's so damn simple I used to install it) never comming back again so damn inept. I would highly recommend proper training of all staff. And pls don't serve me an ice cold Burger again.

Just came here for lunch and was given a dirty looking plastic cup for dine in. Asked for a to go cup for two reasons 1- I can never finish all the drink right away, and 2- that plastic cup looked disgusting. We were told we were not allowed any other cup and that they were only for to go orders. So we asked for it to go but still sat down and ate. BK is going to the bottom of my list now because I’m really not trying to have confrontation over a damn cup.

I have ordered a whopper with no onions 30 different times here, 10x drive thru 10x skip, 10 ubereats, never once have they gave me a whopper with no onions every single time it is loaded with onions they need better communication with the person taking orders and the person making the food , just once I would love to get a burger without having to pick the onions off but the people who work here should be ashamed of themself, I can see once or 2x by accident but 30x means they just don't give a
