Incompetent overnight staff, don't order delivery after 9pm or you will be sorry Edit: hire staff that understand English and no that is not a racist thing to say.

I usually like the food here but after I received a teen burger with raw bacon I am making this review. I don't think putting raw bacon on burgers is acceptable to the health board. Long wait for the food and then missing items when I got home and opened the bag. Only 2 meals in the bag, so not sure how they mess that up. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went to A&W for dinner, grabbed a few Piri piri chicken and beef burgers, and was excited to try them. Came home, took a bite of the burger, opened it up to the small patties both beef and chicken. The burger tasted awful, not sure how it was supposed to taste, but it was very distasteful. Felt sick afterwards. I called in two days after I spoke to an assistant manager by the name of Yuki. She told me she would get back to me after talking to her manager about the poor experience. Five days passed no call so I called back even though this was a small order it was about the experience. I called back to see if any action was done. NOTHING. She replied “Oh sorry, Sir, it’s because you don’t eat spicy food and this is the reason.” So the fact that she generalized I don’t eat spicy food and second saying that this is the reason was offending. Was extremely disappointed in the level of management here. Very poor. I don’t like to say avoid places so don’t avoid this location just be weary of quality and customer service. Straight 0
