Bidra med feedback20 mins wait for 2 Luke warm coffee. Waited another 5 for sugar and just went and got our own. Get rid of this awful auto ordering!
Been there couple of times and unless you’re the only one in the restaurant then your waiting time is long. Drinks are okay but never arrive together or in time with food so will not be going back again.
Delicious Full English Breakfast. Helped by the friendly and extremely efficient manager Casper and Chantelle and Daniel. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended by David and Bernadette.
Having visited on a regular basis I have been unable to get my coffee at the same time as my snack. On this occasion the snack was delivered 20 min before the coffee arrived. I had to chase twice for the drink! There was general dissatisfaction within the restaurant and the experience was very poor indeed. Buck up your ideas M&S or you will damage your reputation for good.
Sadly not the kind of experience I look for when visiting a cafe. Ordering system via screen which I suppose some might find easier but i just think it’s one more example of a loss of face to face customer service. I asked if there was another way we could order. At least some other fast food outlets offer an alternative but M&S don’t. Inaccurate information on the screen . We waited 20 minutes for 2 teas and 2 pieces of cake only to be told part of our order was unavailable. 2 teapots arrived and only one cup. I thought M&S prided themselves on customer service . I doubt we’ll return when this is what they now offer,
