Real Authentic Canadian Tim's. Service is quick and staff are switched on.

Not a good pleace. Even the owner lady was as very rude with the employees. I feel bad for them. Not a good place to have some coffee and not a good working place as well.

Im writing this review a day after my experience, hoping that given time to cool down I wouldn't feel the need to stoop down to a low level of insults and emotional reaction. But I'm still pretty ticked offI won't name anyone specifically but for someone who is spent thousands of dollars at Tim hortons, probably most of them at this Harvey's Road location, the service I received yesterday was deplorable.I know it was Labor day, the day was supposed to respect workers, but it goes both ways, and let me say that some of the ladies that work there are just miserable.Most of the men seem all right(not the one who touched my donut with his bare hands and got all pissy when I mentioned it)I'll end by seeing this review would have been four out of five if I had just been treated with respect yesterday, so let me say this if you want to be treated with respect, and that service with a smile **** that Tim Hortons pushes up the wazoo, go up the Ropewalk lane or something
