Java Lounge Nawala

I often come here for tea and coffee. The place has a nice atmosphere and the staff is friendly. However, I do not recommend eating here as 95% of the time, 95% of the items on the menu are not available. The management seems to be poorly handled by higher management, even though the outlet staff, including the manager, try to serve customers and protect the interests of the business.

Several of my friends and I frequently gather at Java Lounge for coffee and conversation. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is excellent. The only drawback is the potential difficulty with parking, as the restaurant is situated next to a busy road.

My wife and I visited this restaurant in December for dinner and had a terrible experience. Our order was delayed and some items were missing. I had to remind them about the beverages they forgot to serve. The chicken ravioli I ordered was too spicy and horrible. My wife's fish and chips had a horrible batter with no salt and was too thick. The food we received was not worth the money we spent. Be cautious when ordering. The orange juice my wife had was too watery, and my iced matcha latte was also watery. The prices were not cheap compared to other places I have been to. I suggest the restaurant upgrade its service.

We had a spaghetti and some fresh juices and the prices are comparatively high. Food is ok. Good place to have a nice chit chat. Nice ambience though. Friendly staff.

The service excellent specially the girl who was at the counter. The Cream cheese Bagel was good. The exprsso good.
