Strap Tank Brewery - Springville

The service was average. Our server wasn't the nicest person and did not go out of her way to check on us. We got chips and salsa with queso for an appetizer (for 5). There we're about 5—7 chips a piece and way more salsa and queso than chips! The food was worth trying once but I won't eat there again. Just not my cup of tea!

With 4 little children in our party, we were seated at a table against the chimney’s very cold downdraft. We were all very cold, which made our entire meal experience quite uncomfortable; and our food very quickly went from warm to cold. Our meal was tasty though, except for the fish which fell apart, perhaps because it was defrosted and refrozen, then defrosted again before being cooked. I give our family’s total experience a 5 out of 10.

This was the second worst restaurant I have ever been into in terms of food quality and taste. I ordered a pepperoni pizza that was so charred it literally tasted like a chimney. My wife ordered a burger and asked for blue cheese, and the waiter was confused as if he had never heard of that before. They gave us blue cheese dressing in a cup. My wife convinced me to give a whopping three dollar tip to our waiter for all of his hard work in between his vaping sessions. If that doesn’t convince you … – show

Had another great luncheon with friends at Strap Tank Springville Great food, we had 4 different items all were great and very generous serving. Fun atmosphere; had a great server and fantastic food

The overall experience was phenomenal. Are server Allen did an excellent job and good getting food out on time and explained some of the things on the beer menu. Plus we truly enjoyed the live band on Friday night at 6pm.
