Four Daughters Bbq - Springville

We were referred by a friend and stopped by with our kids a few Saturdays ago. The hours are very limited and we came before they were open and had to come back later in the evening. I was actually excited about their limited menu. Typically a smaller menu indicates consistency and care which results in delicious food. They certainly did a fabulous job. Everything was seasoned well. Every meat option was juicy and tender. Bbq sauces were thoughtful and tasty. The slaw was edible, I think I even mentioned enjoying it (never my go to side if I can avoid it). The beans had a kick of heat. It was nice but that flavor, there was a complexity to it that's memorable. I also liked the Voodoo chips, it's not a brand I see often so I thought they added to the overall experience. My husband and I both really really enjoyed the pork, it was divine. Certainly worth many future visits.

Great place! I decided to try everything on their menu. I am so glad Springville has a good BBQ place that in my opinion is one of the best in Utah.

Currently my favorite BBQ place in Utah!!! Seriously, this guy is NAILING IT. Everything we've had is soooooooo good. Brisket is so spot on, pulled pork sandwich was the best I've ever had, baked beans were also the best, PLUS they have Voodoo Chips AND it's fairly priced. Change any plans you made this weekend and get here!

You don't often get to taste artistry, but this meat as close as you can get. The meat is tender and offers a wonderful example of how barbecue is supposed to be done. Great catering option for all of your life events, this is a go to, and you won't be disappointed.
