Bidra med feedbackThis location has always been consistent in all the years I've visited! An employee named Isabele helped me around a week ago, and she was the kindest employee I've ever had the privilege of meeting! This Cafe Rio is my favorite location in all of Utah, and I 100/10 recommend it!Food: 5/5
Who doesn't love Cafe Rio's sweet pork burritos? I do. The quality of the food here is pretty consistent and good, but the staff and service seems to vary a bit.My last visit was a little later than normal for me, just after 8pm, and the staff was already talking about being ready to get out of there and how far away closing time was which totally translated to the service. Our food was fine but the burritos were smaller than normal and we felt rushed. However there could be a lot worse said of a restaurant so overall it was alright and I'll be back again another day.
The food was delicious, but the wait was long. They had 4 main areas of service and only 3 workers. It took us a half an hour in line. Waiting in the next area for a worker to come back.Food: 4/5
Terrible service and quality! Read all the newest reviews. Customers over and over are having bad experiences. My online order tonight was late and missing multiple items. I caught the mistake, they didn’t tell me. The workers didn’t care because they wanted to close up shop and go home. Told me to call the online number to get my money back for the food they didn’t have. This has been a constant issue at this location. Order somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.
I like Cafe Rio…. But this location is super skimpy on their toppings. I just watched them sprinkle a tortilla with a dusting of cheese when I politely asked for more they added about 3 small strings more. Wow. Not only that the lobby is hot. I’m willing to pay more for a better environment and more food. I guess I’ll try Costa Vida.Food: 3/5
