Teaberries - Springfield

This is one of the best restaurants in springfield, good eating and friendly customer service. beautiful day

So we went to Teaberry's today at 2:00pm, they close at 3 , and could not believe the terrible service! We could not believe how we could literally hear them talking about us behind their little half doors, about wanting just a plain burger, because I did not want lettuce or onion. They continued to talk about us being there, especially at 2:00, if that is how you feel about people coming into your so called place of business, maybe you should close your doors and learn to appreciate anyone that comes through your doors. Not anymore, and I will not hesitate to tell anyone how this place is really run, by hate. the owner was a waitress years ago at Youngs and talked terrible about customers and treated them the same way. Now she is allowing employees to do the same. If you want to be treated like **** please go here, otherwise move on to other places in Springfield, that are not talking about customers so LOUD in the kitchen that the CUSTOMERS can hear you!

Nice place to eat. Wish they had a separate cash register for their country gift shop especially during Christmas party season. Very friendly waitress and good service..

Had not been there 4 quite a few years so was surprised that the menu did not really excite me..
