Red Lobster - Springfield

Well, everyone, my family and I went here tonight to sit on what is usually a nice meal with friendly attentive service. That wasn't our luck today! The service or server was rather very nice and seemed to work its section well. This young man was probably the only nice thing I need to talk about. It started with our drinks... my wife and I both ordered a paten-margaritas and I ask both of the Nouns who called our drink. I couldn't taste Tequila. The mixture that was used was not indicative of any margaritas I've ever eaten. We love Tequila and Margaritas as much as they should taste. This poor drink was more like a whiskey without alcohol. We gave the back... the drain they were thrown off was probably not for them. Next, our salads meet the table. Then ten minutes later, we were ready to pick up the slime salad and had a bowl of beet, onion and cheese. This salad looked like something was cut off from swamp. I had to wash my own utensils, as they were covered with bargains of old crusty food. We called a manager who told us they always get bad products from their production company. We told him we were out! He said this is good, and at this point our food came out. I'm very sorry we wasted all this, but what I noticed on the tray was not even what we ordered. There was a lobster dick and we didn't order a lobster. We met the staff face to thank you for being polite. To the kitchen staff and chef.... You should be ashamed! How in the wide world of everything you feel, is it okay to use slim salads for people and not wash dishes? I gave two stars just because of our server he was a nice young man! Thanks also to the manager that we were good and go because I didn't want to pay today to get sick. Usually this place is better than this, but today we were the lucky winners of the garbage.

The staff was very friendly and ingenious, but the place was missing clean, lots of food, crumbs and garbage on the floor. Could have been a little cleaner and sanitary, but then it was good.

All you can eat is now what I enjoy. The service was good. Tarter Sauce is the best ever. New Red Agentinia Shrimps are delicious. Walt's shrimp was not so good harder. Alfredo Sauce was weak, not so rich and tasty. Overall it was a good visit! The presentation of food was also good.

The food was fantastic and the portion sizes were huge!!! We had enough rolls for everyone to have several and the location was super clean. Our service was a little slow, but the server was nice. If you are sitting in the widest room, it is a bit warm but very quiet. I had the salmon and it was so delicate and full of taste. You modified one of our party meals so give them shrimp instead of chicken no fee!

A change in management equals a fantastic dining experience... like it used to be! It's pretty easy to see Christy Green is making a HUGE difference at Red Lobster. Go see for yourself.
