Bidra med feedbackThis place is not even worth one star! I have been to this location about 3 times and never had a good experience. The employees do not know the basics of good customer service. People are spending their earned money. I will NEVER return to this state street in Springfield,MA location. Management needs to train their staff on customer service and how to not Run out of food during the middle of the day. They charged me for items that they ran out of and told me after I already had paid. Oh I didn?t even get a drink which was part of my order not biscuits. Please do better for your customers.
This particular location was a mess. No spicy chicken, no large cup lids, soda machine it felt like only half worked. Staff were fine, slow but fine. The dining area many tables were dirty. You need to be buzzed into the bathrooms. My stomach was a mess afterwards.
Waited over 45 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich combo that was just ten minutes away each time I asked about it. Verbally confirmed I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich as it was being bagged. Did not receive a spicy chicken sandwich. Did not receive a biscuit. The wrong sandwich wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't lied about it.
The food is good, but the service needs improvement. Very slow when busy crowds come. They messed up several orders. I asked for 1 breast and 2 wings. They gave me 1 sorry leg and 2 wings. Huh? U cant tell the difference between breast and a wing?
Alright so I didn't want to believe the reviews and went to this location anyway... terrible idea. Guy at the front was cool but they didn't have anything. No fries.... Not many other sides to choose from. No sauces... the drink machines were just pushing out water. Who the hell runs this place?
