O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Feedback

Food and service were great, but the restaurant needs a makeover. The carpet, seats and tables are extremely worn and old looking.

The serving size of the salads has drop by almost half. I don't mind paying but I could have made 6 salads for what I paid for 1.

In Springfield, O’Charley’s is the place to eat. The staff there is so friendly and the food is delicious. Our server David was great. I recommend eating there.

Further Update: Manager offered a small gesture of good will by saying I would receive a $20 eGift Card. That was weeks ago and nothing has shown up in my email...

I love this O'Charley's it's our favorite to eat many times a week, the staff is friendly and the service is great!!
